Sniper own the folder????????

Even the system it self dont have special permisson

I actually dont care about the folder is modded or not, i just want the access to those file

and yet, i used both program and even the file reader for modders of Red alert 2 it still appear the same result that i cant see the files inside the folder, only the folder
