I fixed all your topics which were time consuming. Which by the way are very ridiculous how many people don't report or make fake reports. In any way of suspicions of multiple accounts or fake reports you will be banned right away no questions asked. No explanation will be needed from you either.

Here's the new system now since people don't care to keep getting penalties.

1st strike : You will get warning.

2nd strike: You will get Penalty

3rd strike: You will be suspended for 1 week

Now that's how my system will be, but if i see something unfit for the system i created i will not hesitate to Ban you from the website instantly with no explanation from you.

I hope all have fun with clan wars and will be honest, because if not you will face the consequences.
