Since there's no link or video to go from, I'm kind of lost on this one. However the map name (originally tagged as an {Ars} clan map) and loading screen seem to confirm this one, so I think this is the correct map.

Not a bad map. Pretty interesting mod of Doubles actually. The resources are changed a bit, and there's no hill in the map anymore. Also the tall mountains between bases each contain a speed boost. They stack, so if you can get a lot of them you'll be really fast...
