Army Men RTS Forums

I was thinking on making one... I know some good engines, and I know scripting in those engines, enough to making systems like:

*Missions (with objetives, something like quests)
*Factions (Green Army and Tan Army)
*Ranks (You kill enemys, you get honor...More honor, then, you be promoted...More promotions, means more strength, and the possibility of making clans...If you kill people from your faction, your honor is reducted, and even your rank)
*AA Gun System (For base attacks, one clan attack the other clan base...You use the AA Gun, for making speeder and stronger shoots...I think it's quite easy)
*Plastic Extraction (Something like a Merchant, you extract plastic and you sell it)

I can get the GBA graphics from the Army Men games, they are nice (turf wars and operation green, the other sucks)

What do you think?
(I'm not saying I'll do it, it's a MAYBE)

That sounds cool but I know nothing about engines, but it would be cool if u could do that. I don't even have the time to learn all that stuff.

Almost everything I can do it in one day, except the Missions (requires some tests), and the Plastic Extraction...

Factions, Ranks and AA Gun it's quite easy... Even I can do things like climbing walls, and a boat system...

I've been thinking it, maybe it'll have many players (With many, I'm saying 50 constant players xD, for a game from this scale, are MANY players), is a very original idea, and it would be very funny.

I'll see...What do you think, I use graphics like Army Men RTS (all in a House, like bathroom,etc...) or serious graphics (battlefields)... I think what like RTS would be awesome, GBA uses it.
