i asked him today when i won him 2.0 for report before we play he said im registered then say after the 2 games im locked by admin he said i dont have any accs just 1 why lock me and told me to contact with u sniper to give me my points and back him to the cw ...

He is banned from clan wars. He should have told you since the beginning that he can't play you at the moment. Unfortunately those points can't be counted.
