Problem With GameRanger While joining any room!!

I've two problems with my gameranger....
1) Whenever i enters to someone's room... 1st GR start connecting and then a box appear "SYMMENTIC NAT ROUTER" , in this box i have to press continue button, after doing so; i m able to connect with that room.
2) There's a small BOX with my name... and i dun know why i cannot b able to connect with everyone...
i mean i can connect with a very few ppl....!! N m italic mostly...
