OMEGA SOLDIER FROM GREEN ROGUE. HANDS DOWN. (he can own all the regular heroes) he has all heroes DNA except vikki and bullseye (since bullseye isnt featured in any other army men game)

Bullseye does more damage but its delay is dangerous and gets him killed. Scorch is really awesome, flamethrower! :ROCK:
but my vote goes to bullseye
