Help Plz!

When ever i make a map and it works when i play alone for some reason when ever i to play multiplayer with the map i made the other person doesn't see the map... I tested this out on two comps... If anyone knows the solution plz be detailed like how to make a rule set or editr a ruleset or something... just plz help me so i'll be able to post a map.
